Position: Backend Developer

About the Role:  

Code Raccoon is looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side solutions that power our clients’ applications, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance. We’re looking for someone who thrives in solving complex challenges, builds secure systems, and excels at creating efficient APIs and database solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js, Python, and PHP to ensure robust, high-performance backend solutions.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs, enabling seamless integration and data flow between applications.

• Manage and optimize relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, to ensure data integrity and performance.

• Implement security measures and protocols to protect against vulnerabilities, ensuring data privacy and reliability.

• Conduct regular testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, maintaining system performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to ensure smooth integration and functionality across the stack.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, or PHP.

• Proficiency in API development and integration.

• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with security best practices and data protection standards.

• Experience in testing, debugging, and optimizing backend systems for scalability and efficiency.
