About Your Teacher
Hello, my name is Summer Lee. I graduated college in 2013 with a BA in EC -6th Education. I am certified in EC - 6 all content and SPED certified. I work 5+ years in head start working with pre-k before moving into the school district and 3rd grade. This is my 8th year of teaching, and my 6th year with COCISD. I have lived in Coldspring for over 16 years now. I am a mother of five kids, my eldest graduated from COCISD in 2025, My only son is going into 12th grade, My middle daughter is on the drill team co-captain and in 8th grade, Then I have a 8 year old daughter in 3rd grade, and my youngest is in pre-k-3. My kids have attended school here in Coldspring since pre-k. My family is very active in the community from Friday night football games, girl scouts, trojanettes, 4h, softball, and church. I am so thankful I have the opportunity to teach here in Coldspring. I get teach closer to home and support the kids and families in my community.
