After growing up in New Mexico, I moved to Texas to become a Bearkat at Sam Houston State and graduated with a Business degree. While in college, I started a business that became a career for both my husband and I for over twenty years. 

 I have 2 amazing children, ages 9 and 11, 4 dogs, and a banana ball python. After selling our business a few years back, I am now 

pursuing a true passion and what has been on my heart to do for many years- teaching!
