It all started with a dream and a prayer. 

Tom is a forestry & wildlife major & graduate of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC- Go Stallions!) He is a lover of all things outdoors, with a passion for hard work and giving back to the community when he can. 

With over nine years of experience working in the Aquatics and Wildlife Removal fields as well as his time working alongside the Georgia DNR, FWC & SWFMD, Tom brings copious amounts of knowledge and background to keep this ship afloat. He strives to bring our customers a quality product, something they can enjoy for years to come. 

He is our fearless leader, alongside his wife Amanda who handles the back end of operations, office, and social media marketing.

Amanda earned an Associate of Science degree in Medical Billing and Coding in 2012 and has a very big passion for the medical field, as well as the outdoors. Customer service has always been her forte, and she strives to bring all of her clients a very enjoyable and professional experience. 

Aside from her managerial duties, she enjoys being on the water and spending time with their children watching them excel in all of their activities.

Joseph is our jack of all trades and our terrestrial guru. When he previously owned his tree company, Cypress Creek Tree Services, he was voted Best in Hernando County. He is the other half who keeps this vessel afloat, and also the owner of Cypress Creek Environmental Solutions.

Joseph also has a big heart for Aquatics and Wildlife. He has worked alongside agencies like FWC and SWFMD in previous years and has over seven years of experience in the field. His knowledge for native and invasive plants, as well as animals is quite intriguing, and we value what he brings to the table.

He is also an avid fisherman. As a graduate of Harmony High School of Saint Cloud, FL, he spent quite some time with the Osceola Anglers fishing organization and graduated early to achieve his passion of becoming a freshwater technician with FWC, before venturing out on his own to enjoy entrepreneurship in the tree world. We are extremely fortunate and blessed to have Joseph on our team.
