Are you or a loved one in pain? Suffering and feeling stuck or alone in that pain? Maybe you are coping, but not in healthy ways. Relationships, work and school are stressful and at times can feel overwhelming. Are you noticing patterns in your life that you don't like, but also can't change? Somehow we've come to equate success with not needing anyone.

My specialties are self-worth, relationships/attachment and traumas. From our earliest experience, that may not even be remembered, we've learned how to be in relationship. Some things may have been very helpful and other things we learned work against us. Through a lens of relationship much can be understood about ourselves.

I offer both weekday and weekend sessions as business hours don't always work. I even offer in-home counseling (additional fees apply) for those who prefer or require home based appointments.
