Life purpose: to support educators in making a positive difference in the lives of children.
Coaching and Facilitating Workshops
My life’s purpose is simple: to support educators in making a positive difference in the lives of children so they can grow up to be happy, well-balanced and successful individuals.
The process I use requires you to commit to both professional and personal development because educating children demands that we model what we teach.
I have been told by numerous education leaders, teachers, parents, and teacher assistants that they benefit enormously from the work we do together. I share my experience and approach for you to consider how it can be adapted and applied to your situation. I use guiding questions to help you acquire new perspectives and find the best way forward.
Do you live or work with children? Would you like to make your life and their life easier?
Is your leadership or teaching team dedicated to continuous development in order to better serve the needs of your students?
Like most people, you want results.
You want things to be better for yourself and for the children under your care.
You probably also want to make sure I´m the right person for you!
Well, me too!
What would you like to know about my coaching approach and my experience facilitating workshops?
A workshop facilitator and a coach-coachee relationship both require mutual trust, and trust has to be earned. All you have to do is set up a free discovery session with me and then commit to our partnership after you see the benefits you could get from it. No obligations. Your call.
For now, know that I coach individuals and groups to help make the world a better place, and to have a positive impact on as many children as possible, through my collaboration with you. I look forward to getting to know you.
Mindfulness-Based Approach to Growth
Whether you're a school leader, a teacher, or a parent, you can change the world by the way you interact with children and other educators. This requires that you first focus on the one area over which you have full control: yourself. Insight, Trust, Honor, and Gratitude are the four pillars of our mindfulness-based approach.
Knowledge is from books. Wisdom goes a step further. It’s about optimizing the body-mind connection and knowing in every fibre of our body. Knowledge can be forgotten. Wisdom is integrated for life.
Whatever the current situation, moving forward positively requires two things:
First, step back from the problem and see where you want to go.
Second, focus on the good you can find in your current situation.
This provides the strongest foundation to build success. It requires a strong commitment to daring to look deeply inside ourselves and trust that insights that will arise will lead us to become better people and reach our goals.
Coaching is about supporting you in acquiring a wider perspective of your situation so you can better see the way forward. It’s a co-creation process that requires trust between us. My support will adapt to your situation: you might only need me to shed light on grey areas of your life. You might need some mentoring and recommendations if the road ahead is too foggy. Ultimately, I guide you to find your own path, one where you can carry on with confidence and without fear.
