The purpose of this Presentation is twofold. First, it is intended as a review for the optometry student or the OD preparing to take the California Law Examination. Those who have studied the material provided in this review have been remarkably successful in passing the California Law Examination. And, second, this Review should also serve well as a guide or reference for the practitioner who is interested in gaining a better understanding of the laws/regulations that govern the practice of optometry in California.
