· Bring prescription medications with you in evacuation. Contact your prescriber for refills.

· Mora Valley Community Health Services is taking calls but operating from a safe location. Call 575-387- 2201, 575-387-3323 for medication refills, or 505-490-2098 for nurse triage.

· Always call 911 in a medical emergency.

Housing Action Team –

· San Miguel County Evacuation Shelter is at Old Memorial Middle School (MMS), 947 Old National Road (corner of Legion Drive and Old National Road). Call 505-429-0336.

For assistance from the Red Cross call 1-800-REDCROSS.

· The Governor approved sheltering in state parks and waived the rate for those displaced by fire. Patrons show proof of address to the ranger to have the fee waived.

· Livestock Shelter is located at Zamora Arena - 575-643-6805.

· American Red Cross provides safe shelter, food, and compassionate care for displaced residents at the San Miguel County Evacuation Shelter. Contact 1-800-RED-CROS (733-2767) and press 4.
