Polk County Service Integration newsletter is shared with over 1,000 Service Integration Team members and community partners in the county and surrounding areas. It is a great way to share resource information and agency updates.
If you would like to contribute an article or announcement to the monthly newsletter please send submissions to fco.service.integration@co.polk.or.us. Submissions should include a brief write up describing the announcement or update and a flyer or handout if one is available.
