Diane Wilkinson has spent 30 years in early learning: as an in-home provider, non-profit child care center director; Head Start Center Manager; and school-based early learning administrator. Since earning her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies (here at WOU!) in 2022, she has focused on strengthening the early learning workforce through her work as a Preschool Promise Coach, Community-Based Trainer, and as a member of the statewide Educator Advancement Council in the Early Learning role. Outside of work, Diane is empty-nesting with her husband of 30 years, their beloved GWP, Kashmir, their three children & four grandchildren!
