Darby provides workshops and hands-on consultation nationwide and in Oregon’s OrPATS model classrooms. She began as an elementary life skills teacher, helping launch the first OrPATS site in Lane County, later serving as Program Supervisor for both the elementary life skills program and the regional autism program at Lane ESD. She has also taught as a senior instructor at Portland State University, supporting classrooms across Oregon. Darby holds a Master’s in Special Education, a B.A. in Early Childhood Development, and Oregon administrator and teaching licenses with multiple endorsements.
