This workshop focuses on how to disrupt power dynamics that perpetuate inequities in the early childhood ecosystem. We will emphasize how educators can use power on, with and for to create equitable, inclusive and empowering classrooms and programs. Power that is infused with has the transformative potential to create just learning spaces for all.
