🏘 Neighborhood Etiquette

Our property is located in a quiet residential area. – Please refrain from loud parties or gatherings, especially between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. – If police or security are called due to noise complaints, a fee of ¥20,000 per hour may be charged.

– Vomit cleanup fee: ¥20,000 if traces are found after drinking parties – Auto-lock system: Please ensure the door is properly locked. We are not responsible for theft or loss. – Security cameras are installed outside for your safety – Please enter the correct number of guests when booking
