The USDA guidelines require school SFAs to disclose the Non-Discrimination Statement at the bottom of any letter being sent to households. The required Non-Discrimination statement is found on the USDA Food and Nutrition Service website.
Nutrikids: Save a copy of the Non-Discrimination Statement and paste it to the letters you are mailing.
Mosaic: The Non-Discrimination Statement is placed in the Annual Setup area to be included in letters within Mosaic.
