Back-of-House (BOH) Customer Support

The CNYRIC has expanded its service offerings to include the Heartland Back-of-House (BOH) solution. We are able to facilitate initial license purchases and annual renewals for our districts. However, at this time, Heartland exclusively handles all BOH product support!

Heartland has entirely different groups of people supporting front-of-house and BOH because of the massive disparity between the products. They each require an entirely different set of skills and knowledges. Our team is not yet ready to support the BOH solution. We hope to move in that direction, but have not established timelines to add this support.
