Required Forms & Necessary Steps to Complete for CNAS Credit Recovery

1. 2025-2026 CNAS Credit Recovery Referral Form

2. Student Support Form (complete if student is on an IEP and/or is an English Learner)

3. Schedule a registration appointment

4. Attend scheduled registration date/time at the Adult School with parent/guardian
