If you are worried that someone is at risk of harming themselves, it is better to err on the side of caution and say something. Even if the person you're concerned about has told you they don't want help, it is better to know they being offered support even if they are mad at you. Friendships can recover when the person is feeling better, but the most pressing and important matter is to get support for the person who is struggling.

Riverside Emergency Department
Riverside is the hospital closest to CNU. If you are able to safely transport yourself there or ask a friend to take you, you can simply walk in the Emergency Department entrance 24/7 and let them know you are thinking of self-harm. They will meet with you and come up with a care plan. If you are away from campus, go to the nearest hospital's emergency room; the procedure will be the same as above.

If the person you is concerned about is willing to get help and has someone willing to take them to the hospital, they can simply walk in the Emergency Department entrance 24/7 and let the intake coordinator know what they are feeling. The staff will meet with the person and come up with a care plan. If the person you are concerned about is away from campus, you can encourage them to find safe transportation to the nearest hospital's emergency room; the procedure will be the same as above.
