Mr. Leomel Amparado is a licensed professional teacher with a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree majoring in Science. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education, specializing in Science Education at Cebu Normal University.

Mr. Amparado is a graduate scholar of the Department of Science and Technology's (DOST) Capacity Building Program for Science and Mathematics Education. This program highlights his commitment to furthering science education in the Philippines
