PREAMBLE

We, the undergraduate students of Cebu Normal University – College of Teacher Education (CNU-CTE), imploring the aid of the Almighty God, in order to establish an organization that shall embody our ideals and endeavors for holistic development, unite the students through the tenets of democracy, foster cooperation among students, faculty, and administration, and secure to ourselves the spirit of active involvement in issues affecting our lives as students, do hereby promulgate and adopt this Constitution.

The minutes of the meeting is a key administrative role and a hugely important undertaking in Cebu Normal University - Educators' Council. As minutes are often a legal representation of what happened during a meeting, the minutes should be easily accessible to refer back to and to prove that the meeting adhered to the proper processes.

Resolutions are the official expression of the opinion or will of a legislative body. The practice of submitting and voting on resolutions is a typical part of business in the legislative body of Cebu Normal University - Educators' Council. Resolutions serve as compliance documents when the body has been asked to prove that the Council made certain decisions in regards to a certain program.
