Tickets for The Sound of Music are now available! Tickets may be purchased on Eventbrite (Adult tickets only), in the high school office, or at the door. Tickets are $8 for Adults and $5 for Students and Seniors. Musical dates and times are:
April 10th at 7:00pm
April 11th at 2:00pm and 7:00pm
April 12th at 3:00pm
Trinity Lutheran PTL will be hosting their annual School Carnival on April 17th from 5:30-7:30 at Trinity Lutheran School. The 8th grade class will be serving a pork sandwich from Pig in a Bag, chips, and a drink for $8/meal. Proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards their class trip!
General Announcements
There will be NO SCHOOL April 2nd-6th for Easter break.
There will be NO SCHOOL at Grand Island Lutheran on April 24th, as we will be hosting a Scholar Bowl.
On Wednesday, April 1st from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, the Grand Island Lutheran National Honor Society Students will be hosting a Blood Drive for the Red Cross. Please consider coming in to make a donation and helping them reach their goal of over 30 usable units -reaching 30 usable units will make GI Lutheran students eligible for a Scholarship through the Red Cross. Your donation will not only help the Community but also GI Lutheran students. Please sign up online, via the Blood Donor App, or contact the GILH office at 308-385-3900 for a donation time.

If you have an additional student who will be new to the school, please start with a new application for them. EXCITING NEWS! This spring, instead of taking the MAP Growth test as usual, the Juniors will be taking the ACT for their spring testing on April 15th. If you haven't taken the ACT yet, great, you get to take it with us! If you have taken the ACT, great, you get to retake it with us! We are going to work on implementing some ACT prep things during the school day.
