Upcoming Events 

• The Best of Grand Island needs you to vote! Each year the Grand Island Independent seeks out users to vote for their favorite business, place to eat and best education. By voting for Grand Island Lutheran High and Trinity Lutheran School, you help us extend or brand into the community. Our school leaders and teachers work hard for our families and this is a easy way to reward them for all they do. Nomination voting ends June 24th. • 2026 Trinity/Grand Island Lutheran High Golf Scramble is August 22nd. Slots for teams are filling fast. Don't be left out of the fun. Register your team here today!

• 1st Annual 5th-8th Grade Boys Overnight Basketball Camp held at GILH will be July 27th and July 28th. Click here to learn more and to register.

• Click here to find an overview of the 2026-2027 Dress Code. Here is an overview of key changes:

  • Denim may have rips/holes only if they fall below fingertip length and do not expose skin above that point; denim-backed patches are permitted. 

  • Joggers are not permitted unless made from khaki (cotton-based) material. 

  • All shorts, dresses, and skirts must be fingertip length or longer. 

  • All shirts and dresses must have sleeves unless worn with a cover-up. 

  • Clothing with images or depictions of weapons (e.g., Grunt Brand/Grunt Style) is not permitted.

Academic Updates 

• Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is open. Please log into your Family Portal, click Apply/Enroll, then Re-enrollment where you will find your current student listed. If you have an additional student who will be new to the school, please start with a new application for them. Current families are being given a two-week window to complete re-enrollment before new applications are being accepted. After we start accepting new applications your spot will not be guaranteed.
