Last year The Salvation Army launched a podcast series of six to seven minute episodes, focusing on this transition.  Although these are very general and are not specific to Cardinal Newman (it will be obvious when they start talking about detentions and uniform!) - they are great and will provide you with lots of tips and reassurance.  They are worth a listen!
