WELCOME TO CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN BAND

The mission of the Cheyenne Mountain Band Program is to provide a quality instrumental music education for all students.  The course offerings give every student a place to be successful when striving to achieve high level musical expectations.  In addition to increased musicianship and performance skills, the band program will serve to develop overall character, self discipline, a sense of belonging, teamwork, time management, dedication, individual and group leadership skills, cooperation and responsibility.  

We offering several band courses at CMHS: Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, Jazz One, Jazz Two, and numerous small ensembles/chamber groups.
