CMSD Registration for the 2022-2023 School Year

Registration for CMSD will resume on Monday, July 25, 2022. Grades PreK-6 will take place at the each school's location based on the following schedule:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. -3:00 p.m.

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 11: 00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Grades 7-12 will register at the school following the same scheduled times and dates. You will need to schedule an appointment to register.

For your protection and ours, parents are required to wear a mask during registration.

For New Students (did not attend school in the CMSD during the 2021-2022 school year)

1. Original Proof of Birth Certificate (Copies of Birth Certificate will not be accepted)

2. Two (2) Proofs of Residency

3. Immunization/121 Form

4. Active Parent Account

For Returning Students (attended school during the 2021-2022 school year)

The T-DAP shot is required for ALL incoming 7th Graders (New and Returning)
