Projects

This year we participated in the Patchogue Arts Council's (PAC) PEACE project. The PAC PEACE Project pairs educators with cultural partners to bring art into schools to inspire and strengthen students' critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity skills. High School students learned about the meaning of home and how home is defined as more than just four walls and a roof. They then interviewed a classmate about their idea of home and, using Autodesk Revit, designed a place their classmate could truly feel at home.
