Today, you completed your first ELA Daily Review. These review assignments address multiple facets of English Language Arts and connect with Common Core Standards. Each review focuses on a specific skill and/or standard aligned to both previous and current lessons. Completing each will allow me to identify areas in which students may need more support or confirm if each skill has been mastered. Also, the ELA Daily Reviews are a great way to "boost" your class average as they will be entered in PowerSchool as informal.

By creating a body biography, you will practice character analysis, better understand literary devices, and more effectively identify the author’s purpose.
