Mr. Elhalabi has been teaching for the CMS School District since 2006.During that time he has developed a sense of humor which appeals to 87% of all fifth graders.

Adults respond at significantly lower rates. That's probably why he gets so nervous during Back to School Night. Originally from Morocco, he graduated from UNCC with a Graduate certificate in K- 6 Elementary Education. Fifth grade is an important year in which we develop crucial academic skills. I am sure this will be an academically challenging yet enjoyable year for every student.
