Library Mission: 

University Meadows Elementary Library strives to meet the cultural, ethnic, and educational differences of all students by providing books, materials, and technology that is engaging and challenging. The library is a welcoming and caring environment where students are encouraged to take risks, expand their thinking, and satisfy their curiosity for information. In order to fulfill this mission the library media program will:

• Provide intellectual and physical access to information and ideas for a diverse population whose needs are continually changing.

• Ensure equity and freedom of access to information and ideas unlimited by social, cultural, and economic restraint.
