Full Membership Requirements
(Members must ... )
- be in the last 2 years of secondary school education. (11th or 12th Grade) .
- maintain a 3.5 weighted math & science GPA.
- be enrolled in at least one (1) honors/upper level math or science class during or prior to the 11th grade year.
- be enrolled in at least one (1) second year honors/upper level math or science class during or prior to the 12th grade year.
- maintain behavior that is acceptable to the guidelines of their educational institution.
- miss no more than 2 required meetings annually (unless excused by chapter adviser).
- pay the mandatory annual individual member dues paid to the chapter ($20 for each).
Note: members may be dismissed if he/she violates the standards, obligations, or ideals of the National Math or Science Honor Societies.
