Mrs. Seaman's Website
My name is Mary Anne Seaman. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lenior-Rhyne University and my Master's Degree from Winthrop University. This will be my 26th and final year teaching at the middle and high school levels--23 of those were in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School system. I am very excited about being at South Charlotte Middle and teaching Exploring Business Procedures and Leadership, Exploring Business Activities, and Keyboarding and Basic Word Processing.
As a CTE (Career & Technical Education) teacher, I will aim to:
Develop in students the ability to respect and work collaboratively and cooperatively with others.
Develop in students the knowledge and understanding of good business ethics.
Develop in students the skills that will make them intelligent and productive participants in the business world.
Develop in students the desire for accuracy.
If during this school year, you or someone you know would like to volunteer time to share work experiences and how technology is used in your/their daily life, please let me know. The CTE Department is always open to parent and community involvement. I know with your support and desire to learn, we will have a most successful 2023-2024 school year!
