On this page you will be able to access our Transcript/Counselor Letter of Recommendation Request form, the School Profile, information on NC Countdown to College Week, and Naviance videos on how to match Naviance and Common App, & Requesting Teacher Letters of Recommendation.
NC Countdown to College Week is October 21-25th (5:00 pm). During this week, many North Carolina colleges and universities waive their application fees. Qualifying students can use the College Board or ACT fee waiver for institutions not waiving their application fees (see your high school counselor for more information). The list of schools waiving their fees is below.
Our Counseling Department will be hosting a College Application Day on Monday, October 21 in the Media Center between the hours of 7:30am-12:00pm. This day gives seniors the opportunity to complete FREE college applications to select NC colleges and universities during the school day at Butler. Seniors are welcome to sign up for one of the 1 hour and 30 minute sessions to get help with, and/or complete their college applications in the Media Center. Sign up in our Student Services Office starting Tuesday, October 8th, we are accepting a limited number of students per session.
