My name is Ms. Jenkins. I am excited to be your Culinary I Instructor and FCCLA Advisor. I am a North Carolina native. I am a proud Alumna of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. AGGIE PRIDE! My passion for food has given the opportunity to be a Nutrition Educator for NC State Cooperative Extension and has led me to South Mecklenburg High School. It is my hope to guide all of my scholars to gain better knowledge about basic culinary skills and build each persons leadership skills.
