Google Drive and Google Classroom Login at Home

When logging in to your CMS Google account at home either in Google Classroom or Google Drive, you must enter the following information:

email address: at school you only need to enter the student ID#, but at home you must enter the entire email address.

XXXXXXXXX@student.cms.k12.nc.us

(XXXXXX represent your student ID #)

Password: Use the password that you use at school.

Kindergarten: Cmsx2032 1st Grade: Cmsx2031 2nd Grade: Cmsx2030

How to Use Your CMS Google Account on a Personal Chromebook at Home

First - login to the Chromebook with username - StudentID@student.cms.k12.nc.us

(replace the words student ID with student's actual ID number)

Second - Once you enter the first website, you will encounter the filtering process.

Type in your username studentID@cms.k12.nc.us (no student in this one)

Third - type in your: username: studentID@cms.k12.nc.us

Password: YYYYMMDD (birthdate)
