The theme for this year is 'The Power of Beta.' The North Carolina State Beta Convention and competition is right around the corner. Think of the theme as something that reflects power like electricity or superheroes, etc. It would be great to see some of our Beta's compete. The event will be in person this year, so we will be traveling to Greensboro.
Here are the details:
Date: January 27-28, 2023
Fees: $30 per student. After December 19th, it is $35.
Students may sign up for more than one competition as long as there is no overlap. Students who wish to compete, please contact Mr. Challand ASAP.

2023 NATIONAL CONVENTION
Although all Beta members may attend the national convention, only those who place in the top five of North Carolina events may compete, although there are some exceptions.
This year, the National convention is in Louisville, Kentucky.
June 23-26, 2023. It would be awesome if Providence High School could attend and represent!
The first service project for our Beta Club has finished. We have collected a total of 49 new and used coats. Winter is approaching and many who are less fortunate may not be able to purchase a coat to stay warm.
Thank you to everyone who supported our chapter on this service project.
Please see the link below for more information.
We had a great time cleaning up around Providence with our Campus Cleanups on Founders Day. Here are a few pictures to remember. This truly shows your service toward others and your Panther Pride.
