MEDIA CENTER POLICIES:

• CHECKOUT: K - 2nd graders are welcome to check out 1 book at a time, 3rd - 5th graders may check out 2 at a time.
• RETURNS & RENEWALS: Books are due back on your next Media Center day. If your child needs more time to read a book, we will renew the book for him/her.
• NAMETAGS: Nametag have your child's individual scan code which is necessary to the checkout process. Please remind your student that they are required for book check out.
• LOST OR DAMAGED BOOKS: If your child damages or loses a book, a replacement fee will be charged. Please contact Mrs. Faltin or Mrs. Yokeley for more information.
