Ms. Krueger

Hello students and families!   

My name is Meredith Krueger and I am very excited for another year at Olde Providence! I am thrilled to be joining the 2nd grade team after previously teaching TK, Kindergarten, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. My goal this school year is to develop a positive relationship with you and your child as we build our classroom community.  I am confident that we will have an amazing year together!  

As we anticipate the beginning of the school year, I thought you might like to know a little bit about me.   This is my TWENTY-FIRST year of teaching and my sixth year at OP.  I am thankful to be at such an amazing school that is rooted in the community. My family moved to Charlotte from Hawaii in 2019 after leaving the Navy. Our military life took us around the world on awesome adventures. My biggest adventure is being Mama to my two boys; Alden (7th grade) and Callan (3rd grade). We have two doodle doggies named Wookiee and Cincy. I am originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan where I attended Western Michigan University. Later, I attended University of Mary Washington in Virginia for graduate school.

When I am not teaching, you can find me spending time with my boys at the ball fields. Other hobbies of mine include traveling, DIY house projects, gardening, and puzzles. I also love to read, bike, and watch movies. 

Please know that I am available anytime with questions or concerns. Working together is an essential part of your child’s success and I am always here if anything is needed.
