Always make sure you are signed into your CMS account in the Chrome browser for proper access.
CMS Cherwell Support Ticket
Log in to CMS Employee Intranet
Click on Open a Cherwell Support Ticket for Tech Support
Scroll down to Quick Tickets
Complete all fields prompted once issue is identified
If you do not find your need in Quick Tickets, Click on Technology Services for the Technology Services catalog.

Reset Student Google Account
Click on Google Password Reset Tool button in your Toolbar
Enter the Student ID Number
Enter your Employee ID Number (5-digits)
Click Search
Click Reset Password (Green Button)
Give Student New Password
Birthdate: YYYYMMDD
If you are unable to reset the password manually, create a Cherwell Support Ticket.
Reset Student NCEDCloud Account
TEACHER OF RECORD ONLY
Make sure the student has claimed their student account (first-time users) LEA/CHARTER: 600
Select People
Select My Students
Use Search My Students to find the student whose password they wish to change.
Check the box in front of their name.
Click on the Change Password button
Click Yes to confirm that you have selected to correct student and fill in the required information.
Enter a Temp Password.
Confirm Temp Password.
Click User Must Change Password at Next Login.
Click Save button and note the "Confirm" window (click on OK).
IF YOU CAN NOT RESET...
Create a Cherwell Support Ticket
Fill out a OHS Helpdesk Ticket
PaperCut and Printing
You will see the PaperCut login screen when you walk up to the Toshiba copier.
At this screen, you must enter your 5-digit Employee ID then press the “Login” button.
After logging in, you will see the Print Release screen.
Select the print job(s) you would like to print, then press “Print”.
To delete, select the print job(s), then press the trash can.
The Print Release screen can also be accessed from the Toshiba Copier Home screen.
Press the “PaperCut Print Release” icon, and you will be taken to the Print Release screen.
To log out of PaperCut, press the Exit icon (circled above) on the Print Release screen.
