Here are some common things that students can do before calling for Chromebook help:
Chrome Update to the latest version
Chromebook Powerwash-This simple solution erases a Chromebook and re-installs a fresh copy of ChromeOS. This process can only be performed by a CMS staff member.
Reset Chromebook - This is for Hardware issues with camera, mic, and battery
Clearing Cache and Cookies- helpful with Canvas sync issues
If your Password was just changed and you get the "Password is Locked" button- Click on Proceed Anyway .
