Hi! My name is Nathaly Lopez, and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! This will be my second year as a classroom teacher and my third year at Sharon Elementary.Last school year, I taught third grade. I had the wonderful opportunity to complete my student teaching here at Sharon, which allowed me to build strong connections with the school community and gain valuable experience in the classroom. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. 

I was born and raised in a small town here in North Carolina called Hudson. Hudson is located in the foothills of North Carolina (below Blowing Rock). I’m looking forward to a fun and successful school year full of learning and growth!
