Late Work Policy
5 points per day
Late assignments will be accepted until one week (5 school days) after the “Perform” date. ”Perform” is the Unit Test/Project.
Each of those 5 days, 5 points will be deducted. After those 5 days (class periods), the highest possible grade for a submission is 50. Submissions will be accepted until 3 days before the end of the quarter.
Retest Policy
Performance assessments (not projects or writing assignments) can be retaken for up to an 80. Retests should be taken within three weeks of the original test. Students must coordinate retesting with their teacher. Students must engage in remediation before retesting.
Absences
Students are required to take missed assessments the first day they return from an absence.
