I was born in the small town of Statesville, North Carolina. I was there until I went to college at UNC-Wilmington. When I graduated from UNCW, I moved to the city of Raleigh and taught for 4 years before moving back home to Charlotte. I am so happy to be apart of Providence and love being a Panther! #OneProv

I love sports! I think football may be my favorite. On Saturdays, I support the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame and on Sundays I swing my terrible towel for the Pittsburgh Steelers! (But yes, I do support the home team Carolina Panthers :) )

I listen to all music and could listen to music for 24 hours a day! I've recently started listening to more podcasts and audiobooks! I also love movies, Netflix, and Hulu. I enjoy reading books, doing puzzles, and Sudoku!
