My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Business Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Central Piedmont Community College. While receiving my education I was an active member of the following clubs/organizations: Phi Theta Kappa, National Business Honor Society, Pi Omega Pi, and The American Marketing Association.
I have been teaching at Ridge Road Middle School for over 7 years and I love our school, our staff, our students and our academic successes we have reached over the years! I enjoy teaching our students real world skills with technology for their future career choices and endeavors. I am currently pursuing my Master's of Educational Leadership through the School Executive Leadership Academy (SELA) at Queens University of Charlotte.
In my free time I enjoy shopping, traveling, and spending time with my family which includes my 4 year old boy/girl twin children.
