My name is Mrs. Mason and I am an 8th grade math teacher at Bailey Middle School. This will be my thirteenth year teaching here at Bailey. I was born in Winston Salem, but grew up in Davidson and decided to return here to teach! I attended Appalachian State University and received my degree in Middle Grades Education with a concentration in math and social studies. I spent part of my student teaching in Trier, Germany where I had the privilege to observe German culture, teaching, and the general structure of education (and do some traveling around Europe of course). Some of my hobbies include running, kayaking, hiking, camping, singing, crafting, snuggling with my puppy, Ellie and spending time with my 2 year old and my husband. I enjoy watching my Carolina Panthers and App State Mountaineers! I also love to travel with my family. I am looking forward to getting to know each and every one of my students.
