Spotlight Student
Every week a new student will be the spotlight student. I will announce the next spotlight student a week ahead of time so they have time over the weekend to make their poster. The posters are due at the start of the week. Students can draw or add pictures to a poster with various things that are important to them. They can put activities they enjoy, their favorite things, places they’ve been, pictures of family and friends. The more they add the better to help the class get to know them! Students will share their poster on Wednesday in the morning with the class and it will be displayed on a bulletin board in my room. They are even welcome to decorate the bulletin board with favorite jerseys or ribbons/medals too if they would like. When your child is the spotlight student more information will be sent home! I am looking forward to getting to know your children more and for the class to get to know them better as well! Thank you for your support with this. If your child needs poster paper I have few that I can give them.
