Logging into Your Google Account
Step 1 - Go to www.google.com.
At the top-right of the screen, click the Sign-In button.
Step 2 - Your child's username will be their student ID number @student.cms.k12.nc.us. Click next. This should take you straight to CMS LaunchPad Login.
Example Username: 123456789@student.cms.k12.nc.us
Step 3 - On the LaunchPad screen, enter your child's username and password. Please note, there is no student in the email this time.
Step 4 - Once your child has successfully logged in, they must select their saved image for their Multi-Factor Authentication.
**Note: I do not have access to your child's passwords or MFA images, nor can I reset them!
Step 5 - They should now be signed in to your Google Account!
They should be able to access their Google Classroom or Google Drive at this point.

If it seems like the wrong Google Drive or Classroom is showing up, look in the top-right corner to make sure it is on the right account. If you click it, you should be able to select the correct person if it is not the right account.
