Deltamath.com Information:

  • This class will be using www.deltamath.com as a resource for extra practice and/or remediation. It is free to use. The course code is 617189.

  • For each unit, there will be extra practice that can be done before the test or done after the test for remediation purposes (to prepare for the retest).

  • I would highly encourage students to complete the extra practice BEFORE the test.

  • If students need to retest, they will be required to complete remediation BEFORE retesting.

Retesting information:

  1. Students who score below a 79 on any test may retake that test for credit up to a 79%.
  2. Students must complete remediation BEFORE retesting.
  3. Retests can be done after school during regularly scheduled tutoring times.
  4. Students must sign up 24 hours in advance if they plan to attend tutoring so that I can have the necessary materials printed out (I do not have a printer in my room).
  5. Retests on a unit must be done before the next unit test. For example, if you want to retest on unit 2, you must retest on unit 2 BEFORE the unit 3 test.
  6. Only one retest will be given. If the student does worse on the retest, the original grade will stand.

AP Calculus AB Released Multiple Choice and Free Response Questions

Looking for additional resources that have rigorous AP-style questions? If you simply do a Google search for released multiple choice and free-response questions for AP Calculus AB, you will find a TON out there that has been publicly released by the College Board. I would encourage you to use them to help you study. I would try to stick to questions from the last 15 years or so. Older questions tend to be easier and not as well-aligned with the modern AP Calculus AB curriculum.

Another Excellent Web Site:

This teacher's site has notes, as well as practice problems and solutions for both AP Calculus AB and BC. This is another excellent resource for additional help.
