Our PTA would like to welcome you to another great year at Mountain Island Lake Academy! Whether you are new to our school, or have been here before, we welcome your input and voice to help better our school. With the involvement of parents like you, the PTA has been instrumental in providing the following resources for MILA:

Tools for Teachers

Transitioning from an elementary school to a community PK-8 school

Exciting events and fundraisers

School grounds beautification projects

Science lab supplies and math tools

Through this website/app you can get up to date messages from the school, PTA, and your teachers. Register and get all communication through E-mail or text alerts. Feel like you are getting too many messages through the day? Schedule them so they come to you at 6pm all at once. You will always have access to them through the feed on ParentSquare at any time.

ParentSquare also gives our parents the ability to see what is going on around the island through a fully updated calendar of events which includes the ability to sign up and get involved. We are always welcoming those who can give a few hours of their time or donate items which can benefit the classroom.
