Dear Parents,

Tutoring sessions will begin Second Quarter. The first date for tutoring will be Tuesday November 6th . The six grade math teachers will be rotating on Tuesday mornings from 8:15 - 8:45 am. The students will have to report to the particular teacher's room number assigned for that particular day.

The following are the Teacher's Room Numbers:

Mrs. Miele: 612

Miss Autry: 610

Mr. Hughes: MC 243

Miss Buell: 614

Each teacher will have the dates posted by their door so that students may refer to it if they are not sure which teacher to report to for tutoring that morning.

Tutoring Calendar: The attachment below is the tutoring calendar for the school year.

Students do not need a tutoring passes in order to gain access to the building on Tuesday morning for tutoring. The tutoring teacher will go to the front doors and pick up the students. Please arrive on time. If you are late you will most likely miss tutoring and will remain outside until the bell rings. The teacher will go down only once to pick up all of the students for tutoring.

The last day for tutoring for the year is Tuesday April 9th. Students will be reviewing for EOG's as soon as we come back from Spring Break.
