Service as Action Opportunities

Donate Plastic Bags for Blythe Recycling Project, April 15th - 26th DEADLINE EXTENDED TO MAY 6th!

All members of the JMA community are invited to donate plastic shopping bags to support Blythe Elementary's recycling partnership with Trex. For more information about the project, click HERE. 6th & 7th graders who bring in at least 10 bags can earn service credit. To record your bag donation, click HERE and make sure to submit a reflection form. 

Donate to Angels and Sparrows, April 15th - 26th DEADLINE EXTENDED TO MAY 6th

All members of the JMA Community are invited to bring in the following items for Angels & Sparrows between the dates of April 15th & April 26th:

• Cereal 

• Dinty Moore Beef Stew

• Hearty soups

• Tuna fish (cans or pouches)

• Canned chicken breast

• Canned chili

• Baked beans

• Canned potatoes

• Carrots

• Ramen soup

• Oatmeal packets

 This drive is sponsored by the JMA Service as Action club. 6th & 7th graders who donate at least three items can earn service credit. To earn credit, you must submit a reflection form.
