Follett Destiny is our library catalog for our print collection.  You can access Independence's collection in Follett Destiny HERE or through your CMS Launchpad by selecting "Discover Follett".

One Access for Students

The One Access program is a partnership between the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library and Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools.  With One Access, CMS students have access to ALL public library resources by using their Student ID number.  In other words, your Student ID number is your public library card!

Sora for Students

Want to check out audiobooks or ebooks?  Then try our ebook and audiobook platform Sora.  With Sora, you can read or listen to books on your computer or phone, and can choose books from CMS, Charlotte Mecklenburg Library or the NC Kids Digital Library!
