How to Complete Your Back-to-School Forms

Please follow these steps to complete your required back-to-school paperwork, including the technology form.

Log in to Infinite Campus on your computer or phone.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the link that says "Complete Back to School Forms".

3. Click "Start" next to Existing Student Registration.

Note: Don't worry about clicking "Start"—this is the correct button to begin updating your child's forms for the new school year.

4. Go through the forms. You will be asked to review and update information like emergency contacts and health insurance.

5. Complete the Technology Form. This is the final form in the list. Check the box to accept, then type/click to sign it.

6. Submit. Make sure all forms are finished before closing the page.

Need to stop and finish later? If you exit before completing everything, your progress will be saved automatically. When you log back in, simply click "Continue" to pick up right where you left off.
